Membership:
When members sign up to play our game they will be asked to provide certain information like country, email (if over 13) and birth date. The birth date is used to make sure no child of the age 13 or below gains access to forums and private messages nor is able to supply an email address or any other personal information without verifiable parental consent. It's also used to help identify the owner of an account if the password is forgotten and no email has been supplied. The country is visible for the other users. The email address is voluntary information and is used if the member should forget their password for the automatic request password feature.

Registrants over the age of 13 will have access to PonyIsland's forums and private messaging features, both during the 20-day trial period as well as through the paid membership. However, registrants under the age of 13 will not have access to the forums and private messaging (nor will an email address be collected from them) during the trial period. The only way for users under 13 to be granted access to areas of the site where personally identifiable information will be collected or could potentially be posted is through a paid membership, which will constitute verifiable parental consent.

If a trial account is inactive for 30 days the account will get permanently deleted as well as all information connected to it. So if a child registers an account without their parent's consent all the information will eventually be permanently deleted.

For Parents:
If you choose to pay for your child's account you thereby also approve of your child using our forums and private message system, and you're also making it possible for your child to add an email to their account.

If you are uncomfortable with the collection of the e-mail address but wish to be able to request the password we suggest that you yourself as the parent get one of the many free email addresses available out there and use that one for registering with the account as a backup as passwords are from our experience, easily forgotten.

IP Address:
During play we also collect your computers "IP address" (An IP address (Internet Protocol address) is a unique address that certain electronic devices use in order to identify and communicate with each other on a computer network - in simpler terms, a computer address. It is not intended, or usable, to act as an identifier that always uniquely identifies a particular computer. This process is required to prevent cheating and account hijacking and will not be divulged or used for our own profit. The above information will be kept confidential unless applicable law requires us to divulge it.

This Site, including any content or information contained within it or any Site-related service, or any product or service licensed or purchased through the Site, or any software downloaded from the site is provided "AS IS" with no representations or warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement. Neither is IdzTech responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequental, special, exemplary, punitive or other damages under any contract, neglience, strict liability or other theory arising out of or relating in any way to the Site, Site-related services and/or content or information contined within the Site. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site, Site-related services and/or content or information contained within the Site is to stop using the Site and/or those services.

A possibility exists that the Site could include inaccuracies or errors. Although IdzTech attempts to ensure the integrity and the accuracy of the Site, it makes no guarantees whatsoever as to the correctness or accuracy of the Site. In the event that such an inaccuracy arises, please inform IdzTech so that it can be corrected.

This Site may contain links to other Web sites operated by third parties ("Linked Sites"). You acknowledge that, when you click on a link to visit a Linked Site, You acknowledge that IdzTech neither endorse nor is affiliated with the Linked Site and is not responsible for any content that appears on the Linked Site. IdzTech reserves the right to refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, that are unacceptable, offensive or in violation of this Agreement. IdzTech also reserves the right to prohibit any user who, in IdzTech's sole discretion, violates the Code of Conduct, the Sites Rules, or other terms of this Agreement from using the Site and related services. Such prohibition may occur without notice to the user.

This is a private computer system that is restricted to authorized individuals. Actual or attempted unauthorized use of this computer system will result in criminal and or civil prosecution. We reserve the right to view, monitor and record activity on the system without notice or permission. Any information obtained by monitoring, reviewing or recording is subject to review by law enforcement organizations in connection with the investigation or prosecution of possible criminal activity on the system. If you are not an authorized user of this system or do not consent to continued monitoring, exit the system at this time. All actual or attempted unauthorized use of this computer system will be handed directly to our partner in these matters.

IdzTech reserves the right to change any rule, at any time and without notice, as we see fit, delete any account that appears offensive, and ban users from using our system for any reason and without notice.
